JD25—1L,型多功能晶体管扩音机,具有功率适中,体积小、省电等优点。但美中不足的是,功放采用的大功率PNP型锗管22730B损坏后极难购到。一般维修常用3AD53或3AD30代换,效果也不尽人意。笔者对该功放电路略做改进,用3DD15D硅管代替原功放管,效果良好,现介绍如下。

But the only fly in the ointment is that the amplifier used in high-power PNP-type germanium tube 22730B is extremely difficult to buy after the damage. General maintenance commonly used 3AD53 or 3AD30 substitution, the effect is not satisfactory. The author of the amplifier circuit slightly improved, with 3DD15D silicon tube instead of the original amplifier tube, the effect is good, are described below.
