研究了以环氧树脂 EP为基的 TGS铁电复合材料的热电弛豫现象。发现在不同极化电场的作用下存在 2种弛豫机构及其热释电荷的规律 ,2种弛豫机构分别由晶粒及晶粒边界组成。
The thermoelectric relaxation phenomenon of TGS ferroelectric composites based on epoxy resin EP was studied. It is found that there are two kinds of relaxation mechanism and their pyroelectric charge under the action of different polarized electric fields. The two kinds of relaxation mechanism consist of the grain boundaries and the grain boundaries respectively.
