5·12地震后,我们对灾区的各类志愿者服务队伍进行了走访和问卷调查,总结志愿者服务的特点及存在的问题,根据我国志愿者服务的现状和志愿者专业化建设的内涵,提出了志愿者专业化建设及可持续发展的一些建议。
