旅游目的地突发环境生态事故后,人们认识到会对当地旅游业造成重大损失,令人费解的是:在恢复一切旅游业环境设施后,从萧条到回暖总要发生一段滞后期,但没有注意到其中一个主要原因是由负面传言造成的损失,这种损失大小可以进行计算和评估,主要采用(1)游客显著差异法和(2)游客时序回归分析法,这两种方法要综合使用。分析结果对恢复当地旅游业采取什么措施具有重要参考价值。该评估方法对今后如何处理其他旅游地区环境生态事故也提供了新的科学方法和思路。
After the sudden environmental ecological accident at the tourist destination, people realized that it would cause heavy losses to the local tourism industry.
