目的观察秋水仙碱(Col)对兔受内毒素(LPS)刺激后血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)活性改变的影响。方法将12只新西兰兔随机分为A、B两组,A组动物分别于LPS注射前67小时起腹腔注射生理盐水(NS)0.2ml/kg作为空白对照,B组则按相同时间间隔腹腔注射Col0.5mg/kg。所有动物经卡介苗(BCG)致敏后静脉注射LPS2μg/kg诱发休克。结果预先注射Col能显著降低动物血清TNF峰值浓度(P<0.05);治疗组平均动脉压(MAP)和全血白细胞数(WBC)下降程度也较对照组明显减轻。结论Col对动物体内TNF的合成或分泌具有抑制作用
Objective To observe the effect of colchicine on the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) activity in rabbits after endotoxin (LPS) stimulation. Methods Twelve New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into A and B groups. Animals in group A received intraperitoneal injection of saline (NS) 0.2 ml / kg intraperitoneally at 67 hours before LPS injection and blank control group B at the same time interval Injection Col 0.5 mg / kg. All animals were sensitized with BCG and intravenously injected with LPS 2μg / kg to induce shock. Results Pre-injection of Col could significantly decrease the serum TNF level (P <0.05). The decrease of mean arterial pressure (MAP) and whole blood leukocyte count (WBC) in treatment group was also significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Col has an inhibitory effect on the synthesis or secretion of TNF in animals
