采用反相高效液用色谱法测定左氟沙星满眼液的含量，以环丙沙星为内标．WatersNoVa—PakC18为固定相，10mmol／LKH2PO4-10mmol／L溴化四丁胺-乙腈（45：45：10．磷酸调PH至28）为流动相。检测波长为293nm．结果准确可靠。
Determination of levofloxacin eye drops using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with ciprofloxacin as internal standard. WatersNoVa-PakC18 as the stationary phase, 10mmol / LKH2PO4-10mmol / L tetrabutylammonium bromide-acetonitrile (45:45:10 phosphoric acid to adjust PH to 28) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength is 293nm. The result is accurate and reliable.
