报道强灭霜的处方及制备方法，建立了用一阶导数光谱法测定其主药甲硝唑含量的方法，以290nm为测定波长，平均回收率为99．75％（RSD为0．67％）.
The prescription and preparation method of strong extinguishing cream were reported. The method of determining its metronidazole content by first-order derivative spectrometry was established. The detection wavelength was 290nm. The average recovery was 99.75% (RSD 0.67% ).
