十年的课改在实践中成长,在探索中前行,这些年,目睹了课程改革给中小学体育教学所带来的深刻变化,广大体育教学工作者历经了课改从学习与尝试、困惑与反思到理性与回归的发展过程。多年的实践与探索,让我们对新课程有了更多的了解、更深的认识,能够充分意识到教师教学能力及业务能力在教改中的作用。通过学习、研究不断提高自我素质,以适应现代体育课程的教育教学。但随着学生的自主性的加强,对如何组织体育教学及提高课堂的教学效率,成了广大体育工作者面前的一大难题。对如何建立有效的课堂环境,激发学生的自我学习,充分张扬学生的个性,做好师生互动以提高上课的效率对课改的实施与发展有着积极的推动作用。

Through study, research continuously improve self-quality, to adapt to the modern physical education teaching. However, with the strengthening of students’ autonomy, it has become a major challenge for the majority of sportspeople in how to organize physical education and improve classroom teaching efficiency. How to establish an effective classroom environment, to stimulate students’ self-learning, to fully publicize the personality of students, and to improve teacher-student interaction in order to improve the efficiency of the curriculum has a positive impetus to the implementation and development of curriculum reform.
