我们自1998年1月起,采用低分子肝素脐周皮下注射治疗缺血性脑血管病病人52例,现将结果报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 治疗组52例,男38例,女24例;年龄45～80岁。短暂性脑缺血发作2例,腔隙性脑梗死12例,大面积脑梗死2例,颈动脉系统梗死25例,椎基底动脉系统梗死11例。发病至用药时间:6h以内5例,6～12h 14例,12～24h 20例,24～72h 8例,>72h 5例。对照组40例,男22例,女18例;年龄51～76岁。短暂性脑缺血发作1例,腔隙
We since January 1998, the use of low molecular weight heparin umbilical subcutaneous injection of 52 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the results are reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The treatment group of 52 patients, 38 males and 24 females; aged 45 to 80 years. 2 cases of transient ischemic attack, 12 cases of lacunar infarction, 2 cases of large cerebral infarction, 25 cases of carotid system infarction, 11 cases of vertebrobasilar system infarction.
