忠县拔山镇中心小学校,前身系忠州朝阳寺初等小学,创办于清光绪三十二年,校址拔山镇朝阳寺。以后校名几经变更,于一九八四年定名为忠县拔山镇中心小学校至今。学校现有小学75个教学班,3120名学生;学前班3个,146名学生;幼儿班32个,学生1234人。学校坚持“以人为本,德育为首,以德治校,以德育人”的办学方向,坚持“以教研促教改,以教改促创新”的办学理念,学校正朝着“改革、发展、创新、提高”的方向阔步前进。
