牙轮钻机钻凿岩层是一个难以用数学描述的过程,对此,我们利用钻具回转扭矩、垂直振动、水平振动和排渣风压等钻进参数来间接反映岩性变化,据此自动调节钻具轴压、回转速度和钻进速度,使钻机在上述参数允许范围内达到较佳的钻进状态。按此设想研制成功了CZT-1型牙轮钻进参数自动调节装置。本文对它的工作原理、调节特性、试验情况和经济效益作了详尽的分析和讨论。
