前言柳毛石墨矿是我国目前规模最大的晶质石墨矿之一。1983年2月,我室配合勘探提交了代表柳毛石墨Ⅶ、Ⅷ号矿体地表深部试验样(简称深部样)的选矿试验研究报告。报告指出,若在现厂生产流程的第二次精选后,增加筛分作业,正目大片产率可从现生产流程试验的26.72%提高到43.48%。此后,我室又对首期开采地段地表风化带矿石试验样(简称地表样)再次进行选矿试验研究,探讨提高正目大片石墨精矿产率的措施和途径。结果表明,采用浮——重联合流程,能有效地达到上述目的。
Foreword Liu Mao graphite mine is one of the largest crystalline graphite mine in our country. In February 1983, our lab cooperated with the exploration and submitted the beneficiation test research report on the deep surface test specimen (abbreviated as deep part) of the Liu Furite Ⅶ and Ⅷ ore bodies. The report pointed out that if the second screening of the factory production process after the increase of screening operations, large positive yield from the current production process test increased from 26.72% to 43.48%. Since then, I again on the first phase of the mining area of the surface weathered with ore test samples (referred to as surface samples) again beneficiation test study to explore positive large graphite concentrate ore yield measures and ways. The results show that the use of float - heavy combined process can effectively achieve the above objectives.
