慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)属胃癌前病变,特别是伴有肠上皮化生和不典型增生者。据文献报告CAG的癌变率在2％～8％左右。近年来激素、营养对CAG的影响正是国内外研究的热点。本文就生长激素(GH)与CAG的胃粘膜营养关系的研究进展作一综述。
Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a precancerous lesion of the stomach, especially associated with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia. According to the literature CAG cancer rate of about 2% to 8%. In recent years, the influence of hormones and nutrition on CAG is the hot spot at home and abroad. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between GH and CAG in gastric mucosa.
