随着我国的经济水平不断提升,现在各行各业都有所发展,特别是现在的电力工程这一领域的发展幅度很大,但是电力工程的发展之中仍然出现了很多的问题,其中电力工程项目管理这方面的问题尤为严重,结合笔者多年的工程实践经验,本文首先对目前我国的电力工程领域的行业特点做一个介绍,而后对目前的电力领域的项目管理状况做一个深入的剖析,然后将电力工程的项目管理和工程监理的实际做对比,并且找出这二者之间的差距,最终得出了对于我国电力工程的项目建设应该要发展的方向以及解决问题的策略。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level, all industries and industries are now developing. In particular, the current development of electric power engineering in this area is very large. However, many problems still arise in the development of electric power projects, including electric power projects. This aspect of project management is particularly serious. Combining the author’s many years of engineering practice experience, this article first gives an introduction to the industry characteristics of China’s power engineering field, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the current state of project management in the power sector. Comparing the actual project management and engineering supervision of electric power projects, and finding out the gap between them, we finally come to the direction for the development of our country’s electric power project construction and the strategies for solving the problems.
