用反相高效液相色谱法测定了芒果止咳片中芒果甙的含量。Shim－packCLC－ODS柱，甲醇—0．05mol／LH3PO4（用三乙胺调pH=3，37：63）为流动相，UV258nm波长处检测。实验结果，平均回收率为97．8％，相对标准偏差为1．84％。方法快速、简便、准确。
The content of mango glycosides in Mango Zhike Tablets was determined by RP-HPLC. A Shim-packCLC-ODS column, methanol-0.05 mol/L H3PO4 (pH=3,37:63 with triethylamine) was used as a mobile phase and was detected at a UV 258 nm wavelength. As a result of the experiment, the average recovery was 97.8% and the relative standard deviation was 1.84%. The method is fast, simple and accurate.
