人文素质主要是对于人类所积淀的各方面修养的概括,而人文素质的教育则主要指的是人类精神品质的培养与发展,促进人在养成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的同时,用自己的智慧开启自己的人生。人文素质的培养要使得人们明白人生的目的、意义、价值所在,要通过自身的努力成为一个有修养的人。民办高校艺术设计类专业人才普遍有着人文素质较差的短板,我们怎样认识这一现状,怎样有效改观这一现状,以适应社会全面发展的需求,已经成为我们亟待探讨和解决的问题。
