利用接枝共聚反应合成了对湿度敏感的高分子材料 ,基于该共聚物制成的电阻式湿度传感器在全湿量程范围内 ,阻抗值变化了 3个数量级 ,响应时间小于 5s .对元件的湿敏特性、电压特性、频率特性、温度特性以及交流特性进行了测试 ,对其敏感机理进行了分析。
The humidity-sensitive polymer materials were synthesized by graft copolymerization. The resistivity humidity sensor based on this copolymer changed the resistance value by 3 orders of magnitude and the response time was less than 5s in the whole wet range. Sensitivity, voltage, frequency, temperature and AC characteristics were tested and the sensitive mechanism was analyzed.
