对境外人员管理服务的水平是一个国家开放文明进步程度的标志。本文结合境外人员管理工作实际,试图探求以实施派出所外事民警制度为突破口,创新出入境管理体制,全面提升对境外人员的管理服务水平。
The level of service management for overseas personnel is a sign of the degree to which a country can openly and civilized. Based on the actual work of overseas personnel management, this paper attempts to explore the implementation of the police station system for foreign affairs as a breakthrough to innovate the exit management system, and comprehensively enhance the management of overseas personnel service level.
