利用热重-差热(TG-DTA)热分析法研究了向日葵籽壳在不同升温速率和不同质量下的燃烧特性,利用燃烧特性曲线,得到向日葵籽壳的质量损失分为三个阶段:去除水分阶段,挥发份的析出与燃烧阶段和固定碳的燃烧与燃尽阶段。升温速率增大,使着火温度和燃尽温度升高,失重速率加快,放热峰向高温漂移;样品质量对失重和失重速率影响较小,样品的放热量随样品质量增加而增大。
The combustion characteristics of sunflower seed hulls under different heating rates and different qualities were studied by TG-DTA method. The burning loss curves of sunflower seed hulls were divided into three stages: removal Moisture stage, volatile precipitation and combustion stage and fixed carbon combustion and burn-out stage. The heating rate increased, the ignition temperature and burnout temperature increased, the rate of weight loss accelerated, and the exothermic peak shifted to high temperature. The sample weight had little effect on the rate of weight loss and weight loss, and the exothermic amount of sample increased with the increase of sample mass.
