性激素与胰腺癌的关系是受关注的研究课题。本文应用放射免疫测定法对胰腺癌患者血清睾酮含量进行测定,并与正常人及非胰腺肿瘤患者进行配对、比较,以了解胰腺癌患者血清睾酮含量的变化规律。
The relationship between sex hormones and pancreatic cancer is a subject of concern. In this article, radioimmunoassay was used to measure serum testosterone levels in patients with pancreatic cancer, and matched and compared with normal and non-pancreatic cancer patients to understand the changes of serum testosterone levels in pancreatic cancer patients.
