从不同的层面去认识和理解信贷文化,有利于推动农发行信贷业务的进展,建设具有农业发展银行特色的信贷文化,是一项艰巨的任务。需要全行上下长期的、坚持不懈的努力。做好这项工作的前提条件是把做好人的思想工作融入到信贷管理工作之中,把文化建设与思想建设、制度建设、体制机制建设等有机地结合起来,在信贷文化建设中促进业务发展,在业务发展中升华信贷文化,从而更好地服务农村经济发展。
