记录内容为何与会议内容不一样?【事例】近期,笔者在基层调研时发现,不少连队党支部委员会会议记录与实际会议内容有出入,有些是少记漏记,有的是把几次支委会记录合在一起记,几个人的发言合成一个人的发言记,只记表决情况,没有具体发言内容;有些是追记补记,记录看似工整,但加工整理的痕迹却很重,明显不是随会记录,而是事后补记的;有些是假记混记,没有开的会,没有讨论的问题,却成了白纸黑字,在记录本上“研究通过”了,没有必要上会的一般行政性事务,却也成了支委会的主要议题,导致记录本内容过多过杂。
