通过对10E207J型柴油机裂纹气缸套的解体检测及分析认为,气缸套裂损的根本原因是气缸套与水套在??243处的配合间隙过大所致.通过简化的应力计算,进一步说明柴油机工作时气缸套与水套在??243处的配合,有间隙时气缸套所受的拉应力比无间隙时的约大两倍,因而加速了气缸套疲劳裂损.文中还提出了防止气缸套裂损治标和治本的两项措施.
