点状白内障是一种较为常见的先天性白内障,一般不发展、也不影响视力。但作为一种进行性、遗传性疾病、尚未见有报道。作者曾遇二例、进行了家系调查。报道如下:调查与分析1. 文氏家系先证者V_(19)因视力下降来院检查,发现双眼晶体有明显点状混浊。询问家族史,患者胞妹,母亲等多人患有同样眼病,乃进行家系调查。先从三个医院查阅了先证者的母、舅等5人的住院病历、他们的双眼晶体均已完全混浊,并已行白内障
