目的探讨乳山市20~60岁劳动力人口的死亡构成与流行特征,为有关部门制定政策提供科学依据。方法收集2006-2014年乳山市劳动力人口死亡资料,应用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、标化减寿年数(SPYLL)及标化减寿年率(SPYLLR)等进行分析比较,率的比较采用χ2检验。结果 2006-2014年乳山市劳动力人口死亡率为174.60/10万,SPYLLR为61.49‰。青年、壮年、中年劳动力人口死亡率、SPYLLR率随年龄增加而明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),男性死亡率(232.12/10万)、SPYLLR(76.58%)均高于女性(分别为116.26/10万、37.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同年龄组人群的死亡构成与特征有所不同,损伤中毒是青壮年人口的第1位死因,而中年组第1位为肿瘤。结论肿瘤、损伤中毒、循环系统疾病严重影响劳动力人口健康,是导致死亡的主要原因,采取针对性防控措施提高该年龄段人群的健康水平,具有重要的社会和经济意义。
Objective To explore the composition and epidemiological characteristics of the death of the working population aged 20 ~ 60 in Rushan City, and provide a scientific basis for the relevant departments to formulate policies. Methods Data of deaths from the labor force in Rushan City from 2006 to 2014 were collected and analyzed for mortality, standardized mortality, PYLL, SPYLL and SPYLLR. Comparison, the rate of comparison using χ2 test. Results The population of Rushan City in 2006-2014 was 174.60 / 100,000, and the SPYLLR was 61.49 ‰. The mortality rate of young, middle-aged and middle-aged labor force population, SPYLLR rate increased with age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), male mortality rate was 232.12 / 100000, SPYLLR was 76.58% Female (respectively 116.26 / 100000, 37.83%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The composition and characteristics of death in different age groups are different, injury poisoning is the first cause of death in young adults, and the first in the middle age group is the tumor. Conclusion Tumor, injury poisoning and circulatory diseases seriously affect the health of the working population, which is the main cause of death. It is of great social and economic significance to take targeted prevention and control measures to improve the health of people in this age group.
