目的:探讨笑气与宫术宁胶棒(宫颈扩张棒)并用镇痛在人工流产术中的临床应用价值。方法:将400例未产早孕妇女,随机分为两组,A组为宫术宁胶棒联合笑气200例;B组为单用笑气200例,观察两组术中镇痛效果、宫颈口扩张情况、手术时间、术中出血量、术中人工流产综合征发生情况。结果:宫术宁胶棒联合笑气组镇痛效果显著,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术中无一例恶心、呕吐发生,与对照组比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:笑气用于人工流产有较好的镇痛作用,加用宫术宁胶棒使宫颈软化及镇痛效果更为理想。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of nitrous oxide and Gongning Ning glue stick (cervical dilatation stick) and analgesia in artificial abortion. Methods: 400 pregnant women without early pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. A group was treated with Gongning Ningbang combined with niacin in 200 cases. B group was treated with niacin alone 200 cases. The analgesic effect, Oral expansion, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative abortion syndrome. Results: Mi Gong Ning glue stick combined with nitrous oxide group analgesic effect was significant, the operation time is short, less blood loss during operation, no case of nausea and vomiting occurred, compared with the control group were statistically significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion: Noxiousness is better for analgesia induced by induced abortion, and the effect of cervical softening and analgesia is better with Gongning Ning glue stick.
