目的:研究二氧化氯消毒坑道水库储水的效果。方法:取水库储水制成5mg/L和10mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,测定不同温度条件下、坑道环境中二氧化氯水平、细菌总数、真菌数和大肠菌群的变化,以及水库储水现场消毒效果。结果:在9℃温度下,5mg/L和10mg/L二氧化氯水样放置90天,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.02mg/L和2.33mg/L;20℃温度下,5mg/L和10mg/L二氧化氯水样放置40天,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.01mg/L和1.93mg/L;37℃温度下,5mg/L和10mg/L二氧化氯水样放置30天,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.01mg/L和0.90mg/L。坑道环境中,5mg/L和10mg/L二氧化氯水样放置90天,二氧化氯分别下降至0.01mg/L和2.21mg/L。水库储水现场消毒2天后,水库储水水面真菌斑膜全部消失。全部水样均未检出细菌、真菌和大肠菌群。结论:二氧化氯适合坑道储水快速短期消毒。
Objective: To study the effect of chlorine dioxide disinfection tunnel reservoir water storage. Methods: Taking chlorine dioxide disinfectant of 5mg / L and 10mg / L as reservoirs, the changes of chlorine dioxide level, total bacteria, fungi and coliform bacteria in tunnel environment under different temperature conditions were measured, Water disinfection effect. Results: Under the temperature of 9 ℃, the water samples of 5mg / L and 10mg / L chlorine dioxide were placed for 90 days, the levels of chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.02mg / L and 2.33mg / L, respectively. 10mg / L chlorine dioxide water samples for 40 days, chlorine dioxide levels decreased to 0.01mg / L and 1.93mg / L; 37 ℃ temperature, 5mg / L and 10mg / L chlorine dioxide water samples for 30 days, Chlorine dioxide levels decreased to 0.01mg / L and 0.90mg / L respectively. In the tunnel environment, the water samples of 5mg / L and 10mg / L chlorine dioxide were placed for 90 days, and the chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.01mg / L and 2.21mg / L respectively. Two days after the reservoir water disinfection, the water surface fungus plaque all disappeared. All water samples were not detected bacteria, fungi and coliform bacteria. Conclusion: Chlorine dioxide is suitable for rapid short-term disinfection of tunnel water storage.
