目的通过对医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析,掌握医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,加强医院感染管理,提高消毒灭菌工作质量,有效预防和控制医院感染发生。方法采用现场随机抽样方法,对2009-2011年市管医疗机构医护人员手、空气、物体表面、消毒剂等进行监测。结果 3年共采样3 196份,合格3 126份,消毒质量平均总合格率为97.8%;使用中消毒剂、物体表面、医护人员手、空气合格率分别为99.2%9、9.6%、93.0%和98.7%;一、二、三级医院合格率分别为99.6%、97.2%和98.9%。结论洛阳市医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,主要是医护人员手合格率较低,应加强对医疗机构医院感染控制工作的监测和技术指导。
Objective By analyzing the results of disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions, mastering the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions, strengthening the management of hospital infection, improving the quality of disinfection and sterilization work, and effectively preventing and controlling the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The field random sampling method was used to monitor the hand, air, surface of objects, disinfectants and other health care workers in the city medical administration from 2009 to 2011. Results A total of 3 196 samples were obtained in 3 years, 3 126 were qualified and the average total pass rate of disinfection quality was 97.8%. The passing rate of disinfectant, surface of the body, hand of medical staff and air were 99.2%, 9.96% and 93.0% And 98.7% respectively; the first, second and third level hospitals passed the qualification rates of 99.6%, 97.2% and 98.9% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Luoyang is generally good, mainly due to the low pass rate of medical personnel. The monitoring and technical guidance on hospital infection control in medical institutions should be strengthened.
