改革开放为中国油画发展注入了勃勃生机,使油画艺术犹如沐浴着雨露、流放出异彩的瑰丽鲜花,在争奇斗艳,竞相怒放,呈现出喜人的景象。随着时代的伟大变革,经济的腾飞,科技、文化、艺术的发展,中国油画摆脱扭曲、单一困惑局面,走出低谷,朝着多元化、全方位、追求油画艺术真缔的广阔道路开拓进取,汇入世界艺术洪流,走向成熟的辉煌将为时不远。面对如此前景,当代画家感到无比的欣慰。在渴望、呼唤美好自由的艺术境地,憧憬未来的同时,也深深思虑着中国油画如何迎着发展的大潮,迈向新高度,真正成为一朵奇葩为世人所瞩目;中国油画如何融合传统、现代与民族意识去开拓崭新的艺术天地。
