一要健全资源整合机制,构建组织部门牵头、有关部门各司其职的培训格局。目前,有些地方干部教育培训缺乏统一的规划和管理机制,存在多头培训、重复培训等问题,迫切需要健全资源整合机制。应设立干部教育培训指导协调机构,负责制定培训规划,协调培训资源,指导有关部门单位落实培训计划,监督培训工作开展。
First, we must improve the resource integration mechanism, build the organizational department to take the lead, and the departments concerned will play their respective roles in the training pattern. At present, there is a lack of a unified planning and management mechanism for the education and training of cadres in some localities. There are such problems as long training and repeated training. There is an urgent need to improve the mechanism for resource integration. Cadre education and training should be set up guidance and coordination agencies responsible for the development of training programs, coordinate training resources, guide the implementation of relevant departments and units training plans to monitor the training.
