衣着朴素,中等身材,不善言辞,脸上常常挂着朴实的微笑,说起话来轻声细语,一副秀气谦逊的书生模样。他就是1985年出生,毕业于安徽理工大学资源开发与管理工程系,曾荣获多个省市级设计奖项,现任淮北矿业集团海孜煤矿技术科副科长的钱宏。磨炼自己,煤海深处放光芒。2007年,和所有充满梦想的年轻人一样,怀揣对未来的憧憬和对事业的执著追求,钱宏走出校园,离开家乡重庆市璧山县,带着满腔热忱来到淮北矿业集团海孜煤矿,从此扎根煤海,以矿为家。
