清末保定育婴堂是直隶保定府唯一一家收养婴儿的机构,因而具有着独特的历史地位与作用。资金的管理与运转影响着组织机构的生存与发展,保定育婴堂虽然制定了严格的资金管理制度,但面对连年混战与国家体制变革,该堂仍无法逃脱经济危机的劫难。民国初年保定育婴堂的经济危机是多种因素合力的结果,收入日减、支出日增,站在生死攸关的转折点,该堂始设堂长、制定各项措施积极应对,力求其生存与发展。
The Baoding Nursery Church in the late Qing Dynasty was the only institution that adopted infants in Baoding Prefecture of Zhili Prefecture and therefore had a unique historical position and role. The management and operation of funds have an impact on the existence and development of the organizational structure. Although Baoding Nursery has formulated a strict fund management system, it still can not escape the catastrophe caused by the economic crisis in the face of years of scramble and state system reform. In the early Republic of China, the economic crisis in Baoding Nursery was the result of a combination of factors. As incomes dwindled and expenditures increased, it stood at the turning point of life and death. The office set up a trustee to formulate various measures to actively respond to its survival and development.
