基于流固耦合模型试验研究现状及其所存在的问题,探讨了突涌水物理模拟的关键技术难题,研制了新型流固耦合模拟试验系统.选用砂和滑石粉为骨料,以石蜡为胶结剂,通过大量配比试验,研制出新型流固耦合两相相似材料,采用高强PVC材料研制出组合式三维流固耦合试验台架,可实现不良地质体和含水层的自动生成;采用光纤光栅技术研制出突涌水前兆信息监测系统,传感器具有体积小、精度高和防水的特点,能够实现应力、位移以及渗压等多元信息的实时并行在线采集和分析.采用该试验系统对巷道涌水进行了物理模拟,试验结果表明该系统稳定可靠,具有良好的应用价值和工程实用意义.
Based on the present situation of fluid-structure interaction model test and its existing problems, the key technical problems of physical simulation of water inrush are discussed, and a new fluid-solid coupling simulation test system is developed. Fiber grating technology A monitoring system of sudden water intrusion precursor information was developed.The sensor has the characteristics of small volume, high precision and waterproof, and can realize real-time parallel online acquisition and analysis of stress, displacement and seepage pressure.Using this test system, Simulation results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has good application value and engineering practical significance.
