面对社会、经济发展新变化和新趋势,职业教育必须适应这种变化带来的对人才培养的新要求。上世纪末德国职业教育所实施的学习领域课程改革就是顺应这种要求。学习领域课程以行动(为)导向为理论基础,基于工作过程建构学习情境是学习领域课程实施的关键。相对学科体系课程,学习领域课程具有明显优势,但目前在实施过程中仍存在很多需要解决的问题。从这场改革的背景、学习领域课程理论依据及其实践,以及所积累的经验与所存在的问题做了分析。
Faced with the new changes and new trends in social and economic development, vocational education must adapt to the new requirements brought about by this change in personnel training. At the end of last century, German vocational education implemented by the reform of the field of study is to comply with this requirement. Learning Areas Courses take Action (as) Orientation as the theoretical basis. Constructing learning situations based on work process is the key to the implementation of the course in the field of study. Relative subject system courses, courses in the field of study has obvious advantages, but there are still many problems to be solved in the implementation process. From the background of the reform, theoretical basis and practice of the field of study courses, as well as the accumulated experience and existing problems are analyzed.
