参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者72例进行分析,按照随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,每组36例,治疗组采用参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗,对照组采用吉西他滨化疗治疗,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分和生存质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05),生存质量评分明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组1年生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能够有效减少疼痛,提高生存质量,延长生存期,不良反应少,安全有效。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Seventy-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital were analyzed and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy and control group Gemcitabine chemotherapy was used to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups before and after treatment pain scores and quality of life scores, the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the pain score was significantly lower (P <0.05) and the quality of life score was significantly improved (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The 1-year survival rates of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer can effectively reduce pain, improve quality of life, prolong survival, fewer adverse reactions, and be safe and effective.
