房地产业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,一方面它受到国民经济发展水平的制约,另一方面,又由于其基础性产业的地位和特点,房地产业的发展又必然对经济增长发挥巨大的促进作用。然而现在国内房价暴涨,房地产业舆论混乱,虚假信息泛滥,于是国务院针对房地产市场出台了六条措施,这一轮调整是否能够成功主要就看是否能够实现制度创新。
Real estate industry is an important part of our national economy. On the one hand, it is constrained by the development level of the national economy. On the other hand, due to the status and characteristics of its basic industries, the development of the real estate industry is bound to exert a tremendous impetus to economic growth effect. However, with soaring domestic prices, chaotic public opinion in the real estate industry, and the proliferation of false information, the State Council has introduced six measures to address the real estate market. Whether this round of adjustments will succeed depends mainly on whether institutional innovation can be achieved.
