以校为本是中学英语教师写作能力培养的基本思路。采取短期写作培训和长期教学实践相结合的方式进行。培训的内容和目标是:通过英语写作评价标准的讨论,增强教师语篇层次上的作文评改意识;通过英汉写作思维模式对比,培养教师直线型的英语思维习惯;通过英语作文篇章模式分析,提高教师对英语语篇组织规律的把握能力。在校本教学实践中内化培训内容,提高写作能力主要采取以下措施:利用阅读教学,强化篇章思维能力;借助写作教学,提高构思和布局谋篇能力;通过作文评改,培养写作思维能力;开展写作教研,提高写作思维水平。
