我科自1980年以来,利用药房配制的“烫伤药膏”,治疗中、小面积的烫伤患者103例,疗效满意,一般15天治愈,最长者20天,短者6天。一、药物的配制先将麻油(香油)450克,置于锅内,把酸枣树皮70克浸入麻油中48小时后,用文火煮沸麻油,熬枯酸枣树皮,去渣。再加猪油500克前开,然后加入黄蜡50克溶化,并不断搅拌冷至30℃～40℃。最后加入冰片20克,石炭酸、麝香各5克,拌匀即成,待冷却后,分装,密封备用。
Since 1980, our department has used “scald ointment” formulated by pharmacies to treat 103 patients with burns in the middle and small areas. The results are satisfactory. Generally 15 days are cured, the longest is 20 days, and the shortest is 6 days. First, the preparation of drugs first sesame oil (sesame oil) 450 grams, placed in a pot, the jujube bark 70 grams immersed in sesame oil 48 hours later, using slow fire boiled sesame oil, bunge jujube bark, to residue.
