我院自1980年以来,用大承气汤合芍药甘草汤加味治疗10例急性铅中毒,疗效满意,现报告如下。一、一般资料:10例均为男性,年龄最大76岁,最小40岁,病程最短3天,最长15天,二、诊断依据:1、有恣饮含铅锡壶盛装的热米酒病史。2、以1974年我国公布的《铅中毒的诊断标准及处理原则》为依据。三、方药组成及用法:大黄10克,枳实10克,厚朴12克,甘草15克,小叶金花草15克,葛花30克,白芍30克,玄明粉10克
In our hospital since 1980, 10 cases of acute lead poisoning have been treated with Dachengqi Decoction combined with peony root and licorice decoction. The curative effect is satisfactory. The report is as follows.
