作者介绍用超声波治疗带状疱疹的经验。超声频率为1Mz。用0.25W/cm~2低强度进行痛域分区治疗,每区面积为22cm~2,作用2分钟。对眶下神经区病变,每区只作1分钟。治疗时用石蜡油为耦合剂.多数病例在治疗后,疼痛立即减轻,并能保持6小时。疼痛再现时,其程度也有减轻.治疗为每日一次。作者将治疗安排在傍晚,以便让病人晚上得到安眠。经过一周的治疗,多数病人原有症状
