皮蛋、又名松花蛋,是以鲜鸡蛋、鸭蛋加工而成。近年来发生皮蛋中毒的病例渐多,甚至有致死病例。因鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(以下简称鼠伤寒菌)所致的皮蛋中毒,国内文献未报道过,我院于1983年9~10月收治皮蛋中毒5例,经大便培养均有鼠伤寒菌生长,提示皮蛋中毒所致消化道损害与鼠伤寒菌感染有一定关系,为了早期明确皮蛋中毒的病因,加强皮蛋食用管理,使治疗的针对性更强,以控制和消灭鼠伤寒的流行。本文就我院5例作以下报道:
