井灌为主、农水结合、加速盐碱地综合治理的研究

1974年以来,在省、地、县各级党委和科委的领导和支持下,我所与当地农、林、水等有关单位共同协作,在鲁北平原,禹城实验区开展了以发展井灌为主、井沟结合、平整土地、发展绿肥、建立农田林网、改革种植制度等综合治理盐碱地的试验研究,取得了良好的效果。几年时间以内,使实验区的自然面貌、生产条件发生了很大变化,旱、涝、盐碱基本消除,土壤肥力逐步提高,地下水位比治理前下降了1米多,盐碱地面积由11万亩减少为3.5万亩,盐碱程度大为减轻。旱能灌,涝能排,井沟路林成网,土地平整成方,过去的盐碱窝已建成早涝保丰收逐步向高产稳产发展的基本农田。与此同时粮食产量大幅度增长,1978年全实验区粮食总产达到4000万斤,比综合治理前增产1800多万斤,增加82%,单产由200斤增加到485斤,增加1.4倍,其中南北庄大队单产由180斤增加到800斤以上,增长3.4倍,总产由14万斤增加到60多万斤,增长3.3倍。同时林、牧、副业和多种经营也有很大发展,对国家贡献愈来愈大。在此期间,我们配合当地盐改工作开展了一些调查观测与试验研究,取得了一定的研究成果。 Since 1974, under the leadership and support of Party committees and science and technology committees at provincial, prefectural and county levels, we have worked with local agricultural, forestry and water agencies and other relevant units to carry out development in the Lubei Plain and Yucheng Experimental Zone. Drought irrigation, waterlogging drainage, ditch grove Lin into the network, land formation into a square, the past salinization nest has been completed early floods to protect the harvest of high-yield and stable development of basic farmland. At the same time, grain output increased substantially. In 1978, the total grain output in the experimental zone reached 40 million kilograms, an increase of more than 18 million kilograms, an increase of 82 percent over the previous comprehensive management, with the yield increasing from 200 kilos to 485 kilos, an increase of 1.4 times, of which North-South Zhuang unit yield increased from 180 pounds to more than 800 pounds, an increase of 3.4 times, total output increased from 140,000 pounds to more than 600,000 pounds, an increase of 3.3 times. At the same time, there have also been great developments in forestry, animal husbandry, sideline businesses and diversified businesses, and their contribution to the country has been growing. During this period, we carried out some survey observations and experimental studies in cooperation with the local salt reform work and achieved some research results.
