本文以邮政运维服务效率提升为立足点,介绍了在IT服务中效率提升方法的研究、分析了服务台效率提升在提高企业核心竞争力方面的优势,通过运维流程的理顺,知识库的运用,团队能力的培养、辅助工具的引入以及报告的分析等一系列手段的运用,完成持续提升服务效率的目的。希望通过我省对服务台效率提升的探讨,能够为企业服务质量提升提供参考。
In this paper, the efficiency of postal service operation and maintenance is taken as the foothold, the method of efficiency improvement in IT service is introduced, and the advantages of service desk efficiency improvement in enhancing core competitiveness of service station are analyzed. Through the rationalization of operation and maintenance process, The use of a team of ability training, the introduction of auxiliary tools and the analysis of the report and a series of means to complete the continuous improvement of service efficiency.
