1973年9月,本市某单位职工食堂用高温猪肉(系指需用高温处理的病猪肉,以下均同)做成的菜肴供应后,曾连续两次引起食物中毒,从其菜肴中分离出纽兰芝沙门氏菌(Salmonella newlands)。该型沙门氏菌为Greening、Price及Taylor三氏于1953年发现(系从一成年男性腹泻患者所分离),其抗原因子为:3,10:e,h:e,n,x。这类中毒在我国尚未见到报告,在国外资料中亦未找到有关此菌所致的食物中毒性感染的报导,兹将此次发生经过,临床分析及实验室检验的结果报告如下。
