针对高炉熔渣离心成纤热态实验,分析了高炉熔渣离心成纤的机理。同时研究了酸度系数和离心辊转速对高炉渣纤维直径和渣球含量的影响,分析了温度和转速对成纤效果的影响。结果表明,随着酸度系数的增大,高炉渣纤维直径和渣球含量逐渐增大;而随着转速的增大,纤维直径和渣球含量逐渐减小。熔渣滴落温度保持在1 290~1 420℃,四辊转速为1号40Hz、2号40Hz、3号50Hz、4号60Hz时,成纤效果较好。
Centrifugal fiber for BF blast furnace slag thermal analysis experiment, analysis of blast furnace slag centrifugal fibration mechanism. At the same time, the influence of acidity coefficient and centrifugal roller speed on the fiber diameter and slag content of blast furnace slag was studied, and the influence of temperature and rotational speed on fiber formation was analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of acidity coefficient, the diameter of blast furnace slag and the content of slag increased gradually. With the increase of speed, the fiber diameter and content of slag decreased. The slag dripping temperature was maintained at 1 290 ~ 1 420 ℃, and the four-roll speed was 40Hz at No. 1, 40Hz at No. 2, 50Hz at No. 3, and 60Hz at No. 4.
