由于COREX预还原竖炉中海绵铁的渗碳对COREX工艺的稳定运行有较大影响,以COREX熔融气化炉产生的还原煤气成分为基础,对COREX预还原竖炉海绵铁的渗碳行为进行了分析,结合经典热力学理论,分别推导出CO2-CO体系、CH4-H2体系、Fe3C-Fe体系的碳势表达式。在此基础上,对COREX预还原竖炉的压力、温度波动进行了计算,得出COREX预还原竖炉中海绵铁的渗碳范围为4.21%~5.4%。
Since the carburizing of sponge iron in COREX pre-reduction shaft furnace has a great influence on the stable operation of COREX process, the carburizing behavior of sponge iron of COREX pre-reduction shaft furnace is based on the composition of reducing gas generated by COREX melter gasifier Analyzed and combined with the classical thermodynamics theory, the carbon potential expressions of CO2-CO system, CH4-H2 system and Fe3C-Fe system were deduced respectively. On this basis, the pressure and temperature fluctuation of COREX pre-reduction shaft furnace were calculated. The carburization range of sponge iron in COREX pre-reduction shaft furnace was 4.21% -5.4%.
