现代教学论认为,所谓教学,就是教师有效地合理地组织学生的学习活动。课堂教学过程中,应当是学生在教师指导下主动地探索、获取知识的过程,学生在探索获取知识的过程中,同时会形成能力,养成良好的思维品质和行为习惯,如果没有这样的过程,知识的传授也很难真正到位,真正落实。而有效教学必须把学生的学放到课堂教学的首位,通过教师的组织、指导和点拨,使他们能够认真地学、有效地学,让他们学会知识,学会学习。
