在青铜峡铝厂,人们常常看见一位头发花白的老人,整天忙忙碌碌,不知疲倦地奔波着。提起他,人们无不伸出大拇指夸他是位“热心人”。他就是青铜峡市大坝镇铝厂街居委会主任、党支部书记马奎全同志。1968年春,44岁的马奎全响应党的召唤,毅然离开家乡——辽宁省抚顺市,来到荒芜的戈壁滩,投入青铜峡铝厂的艰苦创业之中,且一干就是20多年。20多年里,他当过学徒工,担任过车间主任、农场场长等基层领导职务,在每个不同的工作岗位上总是兢兢业业、任劳任怨地工作着。
In Qingtongxia Aluminum Factory, people often see a gray-haired old man, busy all day, running tirelessly. Mention him, people are all thumbs praised him as a “enthusiastic people ”. He is the director of the Alma Street neighborhood in Dam Township, Qingtongxia City, and Comrade Ma Kui Quan, party secretary. In the spring of 1968, 44-year-old Mackay responded to the call of the party and resolutely left his hometown of Fushun, Liaoning Province, to the deserted Gobi Desert and invested in the arduous pioneering work of Qingtongxia Aluminum Plant for over 20 years. For more than 20 years, he has been an apprentice, served as a grass-roots leadership position such as workshop director and farm manager, working conscientiously and industriously in every different job.
