目的研究常山胡柚(Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱进行分离,以Sephadex LH-20色谱及制备液相色谱进行纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据分析鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了8个已知化合物,分别是圣草次苷(1)、新北美圣草苷(2)、柚皮芸香苷(3)、新橙皮苷(4)、柠檬苦素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、蔗糖(8)。结论化合物1~4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. The compounds were purified by Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eight known compounds were isolated and identified as eriocitrin (1), neo-saintoside (2), pomelo rutin (3), neohesperidin (4) ), Daucosterol (6), β-sitosterol (7), sucrose (8). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
