1997年广东省艾滋病(AIDS)哨点监测结果表明吸毒人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率比1996年增加60%;在性病门诊就诊者中检出HIV感染者,确诊性病患者占就诊人数的60.8%;暗娼人群的避孕套使用率比1996年高.值得注意的是有9.2%的暗娼承认与境外人员发生性关系,提示HIV已在该人群中加速流行.
In 1997, the result of sentinel surveillance in Guangdong Province showed that the HIV infection rate among drug users increased by 60% compared with that of 1996.
